What counts as an event?
Any track(), error(), metric(), or span sent to the ingestion endpoint. Page views and auto-tracked events count too.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
We email you at 80% and 100%. We never silently drop data — once you hit the limit, ingestion pauses until next month or you upgrade. We'll keep any data already ingested.
Do you offer discounts for early-stage startups?
Yes — if you're pre-Series A and under 5 people, email founders@apext.dev. We waive Pro for 6 months.
Can I self-host?
Not yet. The platform is designed to be multi-tenant SaaS. Enterprise self-hosting is on the roadmap for next year.
